Brewing Science & Extraction Mastery
Every brewing method tells a different story and mastery requires balance, precision, and understanding. Our curriculum covers espresso fundamentals, pour-over techniques, French press brewing, and more.
You’ll learn how to control extraction variables like grind size, temperature, time, and pressure, achieving consistency and excellence across every method.

Milk Frothing &
Latte Art
Perfect milk texture defines the quality of espresso-based beverages. We teach the science of microfoam, milk steaming temperatures, and texturing techniques to create smooth, glossy milk with perfect density.
Once the fundamentals are mastered, we move into latte art design, helping you turn every cup into a canvas of creativity and craftsmanship.
Customer Experience & Café Etiquette
In the world of coffee, service is as important as skill.
We train baristas to communicate with warmth, confidence, and professionalism creating memorable experiences for every guest.
From taking orders to making recommendations, you’ll learn how to engage customers and represent your café’s brand with authenticity and charm.

Equipment Mastery & Maintenance
Consistency and quality rely on care. We teach you how to properly maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools to ensure long-lasting performance.
Daily cleaning routines, calibration, and troubleshooting are part of every session — because professionalism begins with discipline and cleanliness.
Certification & Hands On Training
Our certified barista trainers bring years of international experience and professional credentials, including SCA and Q Grader certifications. Training takes place at our state-of-the-art facility in Dearborn, MI, equipped with commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing setups identical to real-world cafés.
